Fee Head Report

Introduction 

We’re excited to introduce the Fee Head Report, a report that gives you a clear breakdown of collections across different fee heads. This allows you to track the fee collected under different heads or slabs, giving you a clear breakdown of payments.

How to Navigate?

  1. Access the Main Menu 
  2. Navigate to the Dashboard
  3. Click on Payment Dashboard

What does it offer?

  1. Summary cards show total paid amount, discounts/concessions, surcharges, and late fees at a glance.
  2. The listing beneath the summary cards provides details for each fee head, including count of transactions, paid amount, and discounts/concessions applied.
  3. Apply filters on currency, date range, fees, and fee heads to analyze data as needed.
  4. Download the report in Excel format using the download button at the top right.

Example Use Case

If your semester fee includes tuition, hostel, and mess fees, you can now:
  1. See collections for each fee head.
  2. Track the number of payments received for each fee head.
  3. Analyze discounts applied on each fee head.
  4. Find out how much late fees and surcharges like GST were collected.
