The page allows users to track and review all bulk upload activities related to applicant and transaction data. Whether you’re adding new applicant records, updating existing ones, or uploading transactions in bulk, the corresponding logs are recorded here for full transparency. This page provides a centralized view to monitor file uploads and troubleshoot any issues with failed records.

Click on Reports
Select Upload Logs
The last imported log is shown at the top of the page. Below it, details of all the past imported logs are present.
Now, let’s go through each field on the page and understand what it represents:
ID: This is a unique identifier that corresponds to each uploaded file.
File Name: This is the name of the uploaded file. You can also download the file by hovering over the file name.
Type: This indicates the type of the upload. It can either be “New Records” or “Update” based on the dropdown selected when uploading the file.
Category: This represents the category of the upload. This could be either:
Applicant Record: Indicates that applicant data is uploaded.
Transaction: Indicates that transaction data is uploaded.
Total Records: This represents the total number of records in the uploaded file.
New Records: This represents the total number of new records that were successfully processed.
Updated: This represents the total number of records which were successfully updated.
Duplicate: This represents the total number of duplicate records during processing the upload. When adding new records, it indicates how many records already existed. If the upload type is Update, existing records are updated instead of being treated as duplicates.
Failed: This is the total number of records which could not be processed. The reason for each failed record is mentioned in the failed records file which can be downloaded by clicking on the number of failed records.
Date: This is the date on which bulk upload was initiated.
Status: This shows the upload status of the file.
Imported By: This indicates the user who had uploaded the file.
Search: Allows you to search upload logs based on their ID.
Filter: The logs can be filtered based on the following criteria:
Status: Filter uploads based on their current status, which may be Draft, Pending, In Progress, or Completed.
Category: Filter by the type of upload, which can be Applicant Record or Transaction.
Upload Date: Filter by the upload date.
