Overview

You have the option to set up custom roles, giving you full control over user access and platform interaction.

How to create a Custom Role?

As a prerequisite, you need to have the appropriate permissions to access and add Roles.
To create a custom role, you’ll need to fill in the following details:
  1. Title: Name of the role you want to create.
  2. Description: A short explanation of what this role is for.
  3. Landing Page for this role: The default page the user will see land on after logging in.
  4. Status: Set the role as active or inactive


After filling in these details, the custom role will be created and will be shown in the Manage Role page in the Custom tab. You can then edit the role, set permissions, or view the permissions assigned to this role.

How to set permissions? 

To set permissions for a custom role, locate the custom role you've created. Click on the Action button and select Set Permissions.
In the permissions panel, you can  enable relevant permissions as per your requirement from 4 tabs that are available .





Once this is done, users assigned to this custom role will only have access to the pages and features that have been enabled for them, ensuring controlled and role-specific platform usage.
