Upgrading Your Subscription Plan and Addons

Introduction

Based on your institute's needs, you can easily upgrade the subscription plan as well as add additional features. This article will guide you through the process.

How to Navigate?

  1. Navigate to Global Settings
  2. Select Subscription Plan





You can review your institute’s existing plan and then make use of the buttons present on the bottom as per your institute's needs whose functions are as follows:-

  1. Change Plan: By clicking on this button, you would get redirected to the subscription plan page which would allow you to change your institute’s existing plan.

  2. Renew Plan: This option proves beneficial when your institute’s plan is nearing expiration, and you wish to renew it.



    Upon clicking on the button, your institute's current plan and addons will be automatically selected. To change the plan, click on the "Change Plan" button at the top-left. Adjust addons by editing the numeric values under the "Additional purchases" columns to suit your institute's needs.

  3. Add-ons: By clicking on this button, you’ll be redirected to a page where you can add addons to your current plan as per your needs. These Add-ons are priced based ie you only pay for the time left in your current subscription, not the full term.

    Example
    If a user license costs ₹1,20,000 for a 12-month subscription:

    With 9 months remaining, the cost would be ₹90,000.
    With 4 months remaining, the cost would be ₹40,000.

    This ensures that the customer is charged only for the remaining duration of their active subscription, providing a fair, transparent and cost-effective pricing model.
