As you work with data across your institution’s portal, it’s important to keep track of the files you and your team downloads. The Download Requests page helps you do exactly that. It provides a centralized view of every download initiated within your account, showing who requested it, what type of file was downloaded, and the current status. With this page, you can easily review your download history and quickly access the files you need.
Go to Menu
Click on Reports
Select Download Request
ID: Unique identifier for each download request.
Requested By: Name of the user who made the request.
Download Type: Specifies the type of data requested, such as Track Payments, Customers, Loan Application, Payment Records, etc.
Requested On: Date and time when the request was made.
Records Count: Number of records included in the download.
Download Count: Number of times the file has been downloaded.
Status: Indicates whether the request is completed, pending, etc.
Action: Allows you to download the requested file.
This page also offers a filter to help you quickly narrow down download requests by selecting a specific download type such as Loan Application, Payment Records, Track Payment, or Business Account. This makes it easier to view only the relevant records without going through the entire list.
Overall, the Download Requests page gives you a clear view of all downloads made within your account, helping you easily track past requests and quickly access the files whenever needed.
